COVID-19 and your order?

How does it impact?

We’re currently experiencing an increased number of orders as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. While there may occasionally be a delay, we’re still able to process and ship the vast majority of orders on time.

However, courier services are experiencing higher-than-usual demand, and this may cause delays. Therefore, our projected delivery time is currently … days.

We receive lots of questions through our customer service channels regarding stock and shipments. We do our utmost to respond in good time. It may occasionally take us longer to address your query, so we apologise if there’s a delay in our response. We’re doing our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

We receive stock twice a week to meet the current, increased demand. However, if measures change in relation to coronavirus restrictions, restocking our inventory may take longer.

We’re doing our absolute best to minimise the impact on your order.
