Track & Trace

Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code, making it easy to track your order. DHL delivers our packages.

Delayed Delivery

At MOOWY, we do our utmost to ensure that the products you order today are delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, on occasion, it takes a little longer. If this happens, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Returning a product

If you’re dissatisfied with your order, you can return it within 100 days of purchase (as long as the product packaging remains unopened for perishable products such as fertilisers and seeds). However, you can return garden tools after you’ve opened the packaging. You won’t be charged for returns.
