Where does the satisfaction guarantee apply?

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to everything we can influence, such as the quality of our products and packaging. You can expect your product(s) to be delivered undamaged to your home. In exceptional cases, there may be delays due to logistics partners, over which we unfortunately have no control.
